What to expect

Pre-consultation
Before you come in for your first consultation, we will ask you to fill in a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and a seven day food diary, and send them to us at least a couple of days before your appointment.
The questionnaire covers all of the different systems in the body and will provide us with some very useful information before you come in, allowing us to give you as much value as possible in your first consultation. This will mean we can home in on any problem areas right from the start, and explain in more detail what is going on physiologically.

First consultation and follow ups

During your first consultation, you will hear our initial assessment based on your questionnaire analysis.
We may recommend laboratory testing to uncover possible underlying causes, and liaise with your GP regarding the results if needed.
You will also receive a full body composition reading, including:

* body mass index (BMI)
* total body fat
* visceral fat
* skeletal muscle
* resting metabolism
* metabolic age

Payment
We accept cash or cheques, but unfortunately we are unable to take payments by card. Programmes involving several sessions are to be paid in full by bank transfer or cheque before the first session.
SuperWellness doesn’t charge for test interpretations, however, as is common practice, we do get paid a percentage of the recommended retail price by the laboratory to cover our costs.

We also have accounts with various practitioner product suppliers who pay SuperWellness a percentage of their margin. In most cases we choose to pass on a 10% discount to our clients.
